    • Place the measuring tape at the tip of one shoulder and extend it to the tip of the other shoulder.
    • Ensure the tape is flat and straight across your back.

  2. Bust Measurement:

    • Stand straight with your arms relaxed at your sides.
    • Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust.
    • Make sure the tape is parallel to the ground and not too tight or too loose.

  3. Waist Measurement:

    • Stand straight and find the narrowest part of your waist, usually above your belly button and below your rib cage.
