By accessing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

References to “we”, “us” and “VNH Naidu Hall” mean VNH Naidu Hall The Family Store. References to “you” mean the customer or person using this website.

These terms should be read together with our Delivery Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy. A policy dealing specifically with a transaction or service will apply to that matter. Nothing in these terms limits any rights available to customers under applicable Indian law.

• To shop with us, you should be at least 18 — or shopping with a parent or guardian's help if you're younger.
• Please keep your login details to yourself and let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account, so please give us accurate details when you sign up or check out.
• You must not upload harmful files, introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt the website or its services.

You may use this website for lawful personal browsing and shopping. You must not:

• Place orders using false details, or misuse discount codes and offers
• Copy, scrape or republish our content without asking us first
• Try to hack, disrupt or interfere with how the site works
• Resell products bought from us for commercial purposes without our permission
• Submit false reviews, abusive communications or misleading claims

We may restrict or suspend access where website misuse, fraudulent activity or a security risk is reasonably identified.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and shown at checkout, along with GST where applicable and any delivery charges.
• Prices can change from time to time, but once we've confirmed your order, that price is locked in for you.
• With so many products on our site, an occasional pricing mistake can happen. If we spot one, we'll let you know before processing your order — you can then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• Available prepaid payment methods will be displayed securely at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible orders above ₹250 and carries a ₹50 COD charge. Availability is subject to PIN-code serviceability and order verification.
• International orders require a minimum order value of ₹5,000. Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
• Products remain our property until full payment has been received.

Adding a product to the cart does not reserve stock. An order is accepted after checkout is completed and the order is successfully confirmed, subject to payment verification and product availability.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before dispatch and remain subject to the current order status. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or have its delivery address or registered contact number changed.

Orders returned because of refusal, customer unavailability, an incorrect address or unreachable contact details will be treated as Return to Origin. A ₹99 reshipping charge applies, and refunds are not available for customer-caused RTO orders.

We deliver across India and to selected international destinations. Delivery estimates depend on the destination, courier serviceability and operational conditions. Delays may occur because of weather, public holidays, courier disruption, peak demand or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery is OTP-secured. The OTP must be shared only after the parcel has been physically received. Customers should not share the OTP when asking a courier to leave a parcel at a gate, doorstep, reception, security desk, neighbour’s address or any unattended location.

Eligible return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 working days of delivery and are subject to the conditions in our Return & Exchange Policy. A ₹99 return or exchange charge applies.

For hygiene and product-protection reasons, panties, shapewear, infant items, cups, petticoats and sarees are not returnable. Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange. Product eligibility and exceptions displayed on the product page or applicable sale terms will apply.

Damage, shortage or incorrect-item concerns must be reported within 24–48 hours with a clear continuous unboxing video, photographs, tags and order details. Approved refunds are processed according to the Return & Exchange Policy. We will never ask for an OTP, PIN or password to process a refund.

We collect and process information required to operate the website, manage accounts, process payments, fulfil orders, provide customer support and meet legal obligations.

Information may be shared with authorised service providers, including payment processors, technology partners and courier partners, only where required to provide the relevant service.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. VNH Naidu Hall does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices. Customers should review the applicable third-party policies before providing information or completing a transaction.

The VNH Naidu Hall name, logo, trademarks, product photographs, written content, graphics and website design are owned by or licensed to VNH Naidu Hall. They may not be copied, modified, republished, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate information and reliable website access. However, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. VNH Naidu Hall is not responsible for loss caused solely by a customer’s device, internet connection, unauthorised account access arising from failure to protect login credentials, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, nor does it affect statutory consumer rights under applicable Indian law.

To protect customers and the business, we may verify, hold or cancel orders reasonably suspected of fraud, payment misuse, false information, offer abuse, unauthorised resale or other unlawful activity. Appropriate action may be taken where required.

VNH Naidu Hall will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, transport or courier disruption, system outages, government restrictions, public emergencies or similar events. Reasonable efforts will be made to resume affected services and provide relevant updates.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest revision date will be displayed at the top of this page. Updated terms apply from their effective date and do not retrospectively alter a completed transaction unless required by law.

• These terms are governed by Indian law.
• If a court ever finds one small part of these terms unenforceable, the rest of the terms still stand as normal.
• If we don't act on something right away, it doesn't mean we're giving up that right for later — and the same goes for you.
• You can't transfer your rights under these terms to someone else, but we may transfer parts of our business over time — either way, your rights as a customer stay the same.
• None of this ever removes your right to approach a consumer court or forum if you feel it's needed.
