At Naidu Hall, we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you safely, discreetly, and on time. We truly appreciate your trust in us and would like to share a few important details about our delivery and shipping process to help avoid any inconvenience.

Discreet & Secure Delivery

We have partnered with reputed, reliable national-level logistics providers to ensure safe delivery of your orders across India. All our shipments are packed with utmost care and without any external branding, markings, or product descriptions, allowing for completely discreet delivery—even at your workplace.

Address & Contact Details

At the time of placing your order, we kindly request you to carefully review and confirm your delivery address and registered mobile number. These details are used exactly as provided to generate shipping labels and delivery routes.

Once an order is dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to modify the address or contact number due to system and security protocols followed by courier partners. We genuinely wish we could help at this stage, but these restrictions are beyond our control.

Delivery Attempts & Returns (RTO)

In some situations, delivery may not be successful due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable or incorrect mobile number

  • Customer unavailability at the delivery location

In such cases, the courier partner may mark the shipment as Return to Origin (RTO) and return it to our warehouse as per their standard policy. To prevent this, we request customers to ensure that all delivery details are accurate at checkout.

Re-dispatch & Inspection Process

Once a returned product reaches our warehouse, our inspection team carefully examines it. If found eligible, a replacement or re-dispatch order is created within 5 working days.

After re-dispatch:

  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days for major cities

  • 5–15 working days for other locations

You will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

Please note that a re-shipping charge of ₹99 will be applicable for orders returned due to incorrect address, contact details, or customer unavailability. This amount is collected only to cover courier costs.

Shipping Coverage & Timelines

  • We currently deliver to most cities across India that are serviceable by our courier partners.

  • In rare cases where a location is not serviceable, we make every effort to identify alternate courier partners.

  • If, even after our best efforts, delivery is not possible, we will inform you, cancel the order, and process a full refund.

Orders are generally shipped within 5 working days of order placement or return receipt.
In some instances—such as seasonal demand, national holidays, or unforeseen circumstances—dispatch may take up to 7 working days.

While we try our best to ship all items in an order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you notice that the package appears damaged, tampered with, or the product is not in good condition, we kindly request you to refuse delivery and immediately contact our Customer Care team or email us at customercare@naiduhall.net.in, mentioning your order reference number. We will make every effort to arrange a replacement at the earliest.

Invoicing & Compliance

All orders are shipped with a valid invoice mentioning product prices, in compliance with Indian tax regulations.
