At VNH Naidu Hall, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for eligible orders placed on our website.
COD Eligibility
Cash on Delivery is available only for orders with a minimum order value of ₹250 and above.
Orders below ₹250 will not be eligible for Cash on Delivery. Customers can complete such orders using the available prepaid payment options.
COD Charges
A ₹50 COD convenience charge is applicable on Cash on Delivery orders.
The COD charge is non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, return, exchange, refusal of delivery, or Return to Origin (RTO), wherever applicable.
COD Availability
Cash on Delivery availability is subject to:

Serviceability of the delivery PIN code

Courier partner availability

Successful verification of the customer's contact and delivery details
COD may not be available for certain locations or orders even if the minimum order value has been met.
Order Confirmation
Customers placing COD orders are requested to provide a valid mobile number and complete delivery address.
VNH Naidu Hall may contact the customer through call, SMS, or WhatsApp, to confirm the order before dispatch.
Orders that cannot be successfully verified may be placed on hold or cancelled.
Failed Delivery / RTO Orders
Customers are requested to ensure that:

The delivery address is complete and accurate

The registered mobile number is reachable

Someone is available to receive the parcel

The COD amount is ready at the time of delivery
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, repeated failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, additional charges may apply for reshipment in some cases.
Repeated failed COD deliveries may also affect COD availability for future orders.
COD Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns and exchanges for COD orders will be governed by our Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy.
Where a refund is approved for a COD order, the refund will be processed through an available electronic payment method after the returned product successfully completes our quality check.
The ₹50 COD convenience charge is non-refundable.
Important Note
VNH Naidu Hall reserves the right to accept, verify, hold, or cancel a Cash on Delivery order based on order verification, serviceability, previous delivery history, or other operational considerations.
By choosing Cash on Delivery while placing an order, the customer agrees to the above COD terms and conditions.
